The Instructional Resource Department currently services children that need their textbooks in Braille or Large Print format.  If a child needs their textbooks in tape format (CD) the Speech Department services those requests.

In order for a child to qualify for modified materials in Cumberland County Schools, the child must have a current Individualized Educational Program, (IEP).  We can not accept an out-of-county IEP.

Students are only entitled to one set of materials unless the IEP states a medical condition that justifies that the student needs an additional set.

Keep in mind that these materials will need to printed or order which requires advance notice.
