Mission Statement 

CCS Health Services is dedicated to fostering wellness and addressing health disparities among CCS students. We achieve this by implementing solutions that embrace an interdisciplinary approach, cultivate community partnerships, and encourage public involvement. We also prioritize adapted physical education and homebound services to support students with diverse needs. Our goal is to ensure that health-related issues do not hinder school attendance or academic achievement.
