Cumberland County Schools is committed to clear communication and family engagement for all families, no matter what language they speak.

The CCS Language Support Line, available since the summer of 2024, enhances communication for Limited English Proficiency (LEP) families. Partnering with Syncroz Language Solutions, the district offers support in Spanish, Haitian, Korean, French, Creole, Chinese, Arabic and more.

How to Use the Service:

• Dial CCS Central Services at 910-678-2300, press 1 for English or 2 for an interpreter.

• Directly dial 910-858-8893 for interpreter assistance to communicate with the appropriate school or office.

This service ensures equal access to all district resources for every CCS family!
