Proctor Sign-Up for Spring EOCs: Parents/Guardians are able to proctor for extra tickets. 1 ticket will be granted for every 2 days of proctoring. Please sign-up to proctor via the link below. Dates for proctoring will be May 19-23, 2025 from approximately 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Picnic Begins at 5 p.m.
Senior Sunset will follow the picnic and end at 8:15 p.m. At that time, students are released to go home.
Students are responsible for transportation home

April 25, 2025: Volunteer Hours Deadline
Parents/Guardians may earn up to four (4) additional tickets by volunteering.
In addition, parents/guardians can earn one (1) ticket for every two (2) days for proctoring final exams/CTE Post Assessments each semester with a maximum of four (4) tickets per family per semester.
One (1) ticket for every ten (10) hours a parent/guardian volunteers at PFHS

All hours must be completed and turned in by April 25, 2025, with the exception of test proctors. In order to proctor for exams or volunteer, parents/guardians must complete the steps to be approved as a volunteer at:

Students can earn extra tickets in the following ways:
1 ticket for straight A’s during the last semester in attendance.
1 ticket for perfect attendance for the last semester in attendance.
The policy of Cumberland County Schools states that everyone attending graduation must have a ticket, including small children and babies.

May 7, 2025: Senior Recognition Ceremony
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Seniors arrive at 6 p.m. for lineup

Students will receive notification if receiving recognition
May 19-23, 2025: EOC & CTE Exams
May: Marshal & Graduation Speaker Practice ( Date TBD)
Marshals and Graduation speakers will practice once the morning exam period ends and students eat lunch
May 23, 2025: First Graduation Practice (required)

All EOC & CTE exams must be completed prior to participation in graduation practice

nd Graduation Practice (required)
Graduation Dress Rehearsal – students should wear graduation attire to include clothing that will be worn at graduation
Students must adhere to graduation dress code
Time: 5:30 p.m.
Location: Crown Expo
Seniors are responsible for their own transportation to and from rehearsal.
Students need to be at the Expo Center NO LATER than 5:30 p.m.
Entry may NOT be granted if the student arrives late.
Graduation rehearsal at The Crown Complex is for Cumberland County School personnel and graduates only per Cumberland County Schools guidelines.
Seniors may be picked up beginning at 8 p.m. outside the Expo Center.
Graduates should only bring car keys to rehearsal. All personal items will be collected and placed in an envelope with the student’s name and returned at the end of practice. Cell phones are not permitted.
A photograph will be taken of each graduate shaking hands with Dr. McDonald.
Students will receive their tickets at this practice.
Tickets are the sole responsibility of the graduate. PFHS will not replace lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets.
Only clear bags are allowed inside the venue; this includes purses. This information can be found at http://www.crowncomplex.com/visit/venue policies.
The Crown Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Students must attend all rehearsals (at school and at the Crown Complex) in order to participate and must adhere to dress code. If a student is removed, he/she/they may not be permitted to participate in the graduation exercises.
June 3, 2025: GRADUATION
Students arrive by 6:30 pm
Doors open to the public: 7:00 pm
Ceremony begins: 8:00 pm
Graduates, parents and guests are kindly asked to refrain from yelling, screaming, clapping out of turn, or making any inappropriate gestures during the ceremony. This will ensure that every graduate can be honored properly and that the ceremony proceeds smoothly for all in attendance.
Graduation Dress Code
Option #1:
Black dress no longer than the graduation gown and no shorter than 4” above the knee
Black skirt no shorter than 4” above the knee
White shirt with collar
Black dress slacks with white shirt
Black shoes with a back or strap (to prevent a fall)
Pantyhose should be flesh tone, no lace, fish nets
No tennis shoes, no boots, no flip flops; only dress shoes are allowed

Other Dress Code Requirements:
No sunglasses, chewing gum, candy, or unapproved articles.
No writing or decoration or embellishments on caps
No corsages
Only Pine Forest High School approved regalia may be worn (gown must be purchased through Jostens to receive the correct shade of green)
Only seniors that were awarded their feather from CCS Indian Education are allowed to wear their feather
Students must wear appropriate clothing, approved under their cap & gowns at all times
Additional Information for Seniors and Parents per CCS
Students will not be allowed to wear the cap and gown while entering the Expo and going through the metal detectors. They must carry all items in their hands when entering the Expo.
Each guest (including babies) must have a ticket.
There will be no admittance to seats during the National Anthem.
NO umbrellas, balloons, stuffed toys, flowers or leis, wrapped or unwrapped gifts will be permitted (or other restricted items) to be carried inside the facility.
All graduates and guests will be screened by the metal detectors before entering the venue.
Guests are allowed to bring in cameras for pictures and video.

The Crown Complex is now a smoke free facility, there are no designated smoking
areas.
Any senior who causes a disruption during the processional, ceremony, or recessional
will may be removed from the ceremony.
Guests who choose to disrupt, including yelling, during the processional, ceremony
, or recessional will be removed from the ceremony.
Schools may withhold diplomas for a period of time as determined by the Superintendent
for misconduct during the graduation ceremony.
Graduation from high school is a milestone in the life of a student and his or her
family. The dignity of the occasion can best be observed by refraining from whistling
, yelling, or applauding for any one student. This will allow families to hear
the name of their graduate. Your congratulations can be shown by applause
for the total group after the turning of the tassel. We also ask for your
cooperation in taking pictures. No one should leave their seat to take a picture
or video.
Senior Dues Information
SENIOR DUES: $90.00 Deadline for final payment : PAST DUE / March 31, 2025
Dues MUST be paid in order to receive Senior Class items.
Senior dues must be paid in order to participate in select senior activities.
