Boys' Cross Country (Head Coach - Craig Smith) Girls' Cross Country (Head Coach - Josiah Hopkins) | Every week run a variety of two or three of the following workouts:- 10-20 x 100m strides with 100m jog; alternate straights and curves on a track if you have access to one.
Fill the rest of your miles with easy conversational runs. make the final week before practice a rest week, with just a few easy runs, totaling half your normal mileage. |
