Educational Background: I graduated from Fayetteville State University with a Bachelor of Science in English Language Arts. Shortly after I continued my studies at the University of Phoenix and earned a Master of Arts in Secondary Education (English Concentration).  As an advocate for education, I earned a Doctorate of Education in Performance Improvement in Educational Leadership, which included a Post Master's Certificate in Educational Leadership from Capella University.  My most recent journey in Education was at Gardner Webb University, in order to earn my Administrative Add-on in Educational Leadership.

Educational Philosophy:  All students can thrive and grow academically, socially, emotionally, and physically when they are placed at the forefront of all actions and decisions made by school stakeholders: students must know and feel our "why' so we can  influence their "why".

Leadership Mission:  As a strategic leader, I am determined to collaborate with all key stakeholders to promote decisions that shape the overall culture of our school: academic success, social emotional stability, school safety and faculty and staff who feel valued and express a value in the PFMS working environment.

Leadership Vision: The vision of Pine Forest Middle School is to ensure that the learning environment is safe and that student’s achievement increases each year.
