The Institute for Community Leadership, Class 21, is launching a community initiative to bring "Free Book Fairs" to eight of the highest-need elementary schools in Cumberland County Schools! Their goal is to provide students in grades Pre-K-5 with free access to books to promote literacy, foster a love for reading, and ensure every child has books at home to spark their imaginations.
