Winter sports Interest form - please fill out

Girls & Boys Basketball- November 11th
Wrestling- November 13th
Cheerleading-November 11th
All Final forms and sports physicals must be completed by November 1, 2024 for the winter sports tryouts.
All forms must be filled out and submitted before a student may try-out. Begin as soon as possible to complete forms and upload them to final forms.
Eligibility for try-outs:
Parents/ guardians of the students trying out and participating must complete all forms online and upload their completed physical form.
Must have an up-to-date physical – 2024-2025 Sports Physical Form, Formulario de Examen de Preparaticipacion Deportiva
Must have a Final Form account for student and parent, accounts linked, and all forms completed.
Average of grades at 70% or above from the previous semester.
No more than 1 failing grade from the previous semester.
No more than 13 absences from the previous semester.

Sports Offered
Fall- Boy's Soccer, Girl's Track, Volleyball, and Football (6th Grade students are not allowed to try-out for football), and Cheerleading
Winter- Girl's and Boy's Basketball, Cheerleading, and Wrestling
Spring- Boy's Track, Girl's Soccer, Softball, and Baseball
Game Times
All middle school games will start at 4: 00 PM.
Game Cost
$5.00 All sports with the exception of track
$4.00 for Track

Fall Sports Parent Meeting Tuesday, September 10th from 5 p.m.-6 p.m. in the Mini Theater
