The application window for the 2025-2026 school year will open on January 22, 2025. The registration window will be open through March 31, 2025. Applying does not guarantee placement. Children must be 4 years old by August 31st of the school year for which they are applying. Placement in CCS is based on NC Title 1 Pre-K guidelines. The North Carolina school report card for the 2023-2024 school year is now available. The NC report card is an important resource that provides information about all the schools in North Carolina. This report card will allow you to see how schools perfomed in the tested areas of reading and math.
