Fayetteville, NC – To help parents prepare for the upcoming school year, the Cumberland County Schools will release its highly anticipated 2019-2020 Online Back-To-School Guide on July 1.
School supply lists, open house schedules, school lunch prices, bell schedules and calendars are just some of the information featured in the online guide.
“Getting a child prepared for the return to school can be overwhelming for many families,” said Chief Executive Community Engagement Communications Officer Lindsay Whitley. “Our district realized that long ago. What we’ve done is created ‘a one-stop shop’ for parents who are looking for information that will help their child start the new year off excited about learning.”
The 2019-2020 Online Back-To-School Guide can be accessed from the front page of the CCS’ Website (ccs.k12.nc.us) or at http://btsg.ccs.k12.nc.us/.
After a three-week intersession, the district’s Year-Round schools will reconvene on July 22. The Early-Start high schools welcome students on August 12 and schools that follow the Traditional schedule open their doors on August 26.
